This '70s Denim Style Is Officially Back

We've hardly tried to hide it: We're obsessed with '70s style. From suede skirts to platform shoes, there's a reason this decade outdid all the others. And when it comes to denim styles, the '70s are having a major moment (move over, '90s nostalgia). We're taking cues from the likes of Cher and Farrah Fawcett. Never thought you'd see the day?

Believe it or not, bell-bottom jeans are totally back. Whether you're emotionally attached to your skinny jeans or have thought that the flare style never left, these celebrities are all on board with the retro revival. The key to making the '70s style feel current? A high waisted fit and a solid heel. That last one is particularly essential, especially with a full-length flare jean. With a cropped pair, a heel is less critical (though highly encouraged). We also love it with an ankle boot.
