‘Jurassic World 2’ New Plot Spoilers: Dinosaurs Used To Fight Crime

It looks like dinosaurs and humans will be working together in the "Jurassic World" sequel.

The sequel may be based on an alternate "Jurassic Park 4" script that was penned by John Sayles. Sayles is mostly known in the indie community but in 2007 it got out that he and William Monahan had been working on a script for "JP4," reports Ain't It Cool. Apparently, Steven Spielberg, who is the executive producer on "Jurassic World 2" had referred to this script as the "mother of all ideas."

The basic idea of the script is that there is a team of crime-fighting dinosaurs clad in armor and brandishing weapons. They take down drug rings and work with the good guys to make the world a better place. This dinosaur dream team was created after embryos stolen from Isla Nublar get into the hands of a company besides InGen.

If you recall, at the end of "Jurassic World" Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong) escaped off the island with a bunch of embryos.

The idea of militarized dinosaurs has also been thrown around.

"We're not always going to be the only ones who can make a dinosaur," Dr. Wu said in the film.

"Jurassic World" director Colin Trevorrow had mentioned the idea of open source dinosaurs in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"When you look back to nuclear power, and how that started, the first instinct was to weaponise it, and later we found it could be used for energy. And this isn't something that was in the book but is a seed that I wanted to plant in this movie. What if this went open source? It's almost like InGen is Mac, but what if PC gets their hands on it? What if there are 15 different entities around the world who can make a dinosaur," he said.

Maybe there will be the team of good dinosaurs fighting a team of bad military dinosaurs in the sequel.

Trevorrow has stepped down from the helm for "Jurassic World 2," and director Juan Antonio Bayona is taking charge.

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will be reprising their roles for the sequel.
