'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Spoilers: Meredith Regrets Dating New Doctor Will In Ep 16

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 16 will see Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) regretting her decision to date Will (Scott Elrod). In the previous episode, Meredith and some of the other doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital went to a military hospital to perform surgery on an army vet. While there, Meredith and her team were welcomed by the patient's doctor, Will. Following their successful operation, Will asked for Meredith's contact number so he could update her with the patient's progress. However, Meredith said that he should just contact the hospital directly. When Jackson (Jesse Williams) pointed out that Will was hitting on her, Meredith decided to give him her number and then asked for Will's number in return. In "When It Hurts So Bad," Meredith will realize that Will may not be the right man for her. Following her husband Derek Shepherd's (Patrick Dempsey) death, Meredith had a hard time opening up to other people.

Episode 16 could see the end of Meredith and Will dating each other. According to TV Guide, Elrod will also just be a part of three episodes this season. Meanwhile, "When It Hurts So Bad" will also see Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti) realizing that they are not a perfect fit for each other. In the previous episodes, Maggie and Andrew hooked up over and over again. However, when they finally decided to see if there's an actual future for their relationship, Maggie will realize that Andrew may not be on board 100 percent. This could lead to the couple deciding to end their budding relationship and to go back to just hooking up. In other news, Catherine (Debbie Allen) will return, and she is expected to shake things up for Jackson and April (Sarah Drew). "Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 16 will air on March 31 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
